1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between t879 ("we", "us", or "Platform") and any user of this platform ("you" or "Member").

By using our services through t879's website, mobile service, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also an integral part of these Terms. We encourage you to review them as well while reading this document.

2 Definitions

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are explained below:

• "Platform" — t879's website and all services, games, and features included within it.
• "Member" or "User" — anyone who holds a registered account on t879.
• "Account" — a profile registered in a member's name on the platform for personal use.
• "Balance" — real money or bonus credits deposited in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, cashback, or reward offered by t879.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — money placed to participate in a game or sports event.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a condition requiring a specified amount to be bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

t879's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Registration or use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

To be eligible to use the service, you must also:

• Own a valid and active personal bank or mobile banking account.
• Act on your own behalf and with your own funds — not on behalf of a third party.
• Be capable of making independent decisions with sound judgment.
• Ensure that gambling is legally permitted in your personal circumstances.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

When registering on t879, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to close an account at any time if false or incomplete information is provided.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be deemed void.

4.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else access to your account. If any unauthorized access occurs, notify our support team immediately.

4.4 Identity Verification

t879 reserves the right to verify identity documents (NID, passport) and payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds on t879 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the source of a deposit must always be your own registered payment account.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, as long as both are owned by the same person. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase slightly due to verification-related reasons.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

t879 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. There is no option to transact in foreign currencies.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applicable to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

There is no option to withdraw bonus balance without meeting the wagering requirement. The contribution rate of bets toward wagering may differ across certain games — see the relevant promotion details.

6.3 VIP Cashback

t879's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may use each bonus offer once.
• t879 reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempts to exploit the system may result in membership cancellation.
• Cashback and bonuses may not be active at the same time — check the terms of the applicable promotion separately.

7 Betting & Gaming Policy

7.1 Game Fairness

All games displayed on t879 are operated by globally recognized technology providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi). These providers use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

7.2 Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. t879 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an abnormal outcome caused by a technical error.

7.3 Sports Betting

Markets offered in sports betting may generally include match results, total goals/runs, wickets, handicaps, and various other types. t879 reserves the right to close any market at any time and to change odds.
